In the last year, we have brought together 129 young people in 15 different encounters. We have enjoyed activities such as bowling and trampolining, scavenger hunting and team challenges. And of course eating together!
As well as having fun, the young people have also engaged with the Guidelines for Dialogue. These are quite straight-forward, but put into practice, they transform potentially divisive conversations into dialogue characterised by mutual respect.
At The Feast we believe that it is these kinds of conversations that enable us to live peacefully with those who have a different persuasion to us. We believe that it is
through these kinds of conversations that social change can take place as we learn to understand one another. This is what it can look like to love your neighbour as yourself.
