LFLCT Finance and Administration Assistant will play a key role in the operation of the Trust and its projects. As well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the Centre Manager, the Finance and Administration Assistant has particular responsibility for four key areas: financial administration, bookings, maintaining policies / procedures and risk assessment records, maintaining and inputting project statistics/performance to suitable database and administering HR & managing training records
We are seeking a dynamic person with excellent administrative, communication and IT skills to the post of Centre Administrator. You should have a good working knowledge of SAGE50 Accounts, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, work under pressure and to deadlines, experience of customer service, workload management and provision of reception duties.
Hours: min. 24 hours per week working hours to be mutually agreed
Wages: £7.00 – £8.00 per hour inclusive (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Centre Manager
