The Walk to Freedom Foundation provides mentoring support to vulnerable young people aged 14-25. It exists to end dependency through a series of programmes covering the areas of: prevention of dependency, intervention to help turn dependency round and supporting people with lasting solutions to make sure they stay in recovery post-dependency.

The Walk to Freedom Foundation are seeking volunteers to join our Youth Mentor team.
We’re welcoming volunteers (18+) from all backgrounds and life experiences to contribute 1-2 hours per week of positive individual guidance and support for young people facing challenges and difficulties.
Full training, induction and ongoing support provided. DBS check will be required
Flexible availability- we welcome those free to give support during work/school hours and evenings/weekends.
Mentoring carried out in education facilities or in the community.
