New appeal, Vaccination in Leagrave Centre, can you help with guiding cars and people, refreshments etc?

I am reaching out to you in a professional capacity. I am the Operational Manager for Oasis Primary Care Network. We are a network consisting of three GP Practices in Luton; Castle Medical Group, Town Centre Surgery and Stopsley Village Practice, who work together with other local organisations such as community and mental health, because patients are living longer and therefore may need access to local health services more often.
As you will be aware, GP Practices will soon be delivering the COVID-19 vaccination to patients. NHS England have made the decision for Primary Care Networks to work together to help deliver this on a mass scale.
Whilst we are still awaiting final confirmation regarding the vaccine, we will be using The Leagrave Centre, Strangers Way, Luton, LU4 9ND as our site. The Leagrave Centre enables us to have a steady and safe flow of patients with a separate entrance and exit, toilet facilities away from the general population and adequate parking.
We are initially hoping to use this site for clinics between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Due to the guidance surrounding the prioritisation of patients first to be vaccinated, we will begin with those residents in our Care homes and the Care Home workers, followed by those aged 80+ who will be the first to be invited to our vaccination site.
It is times like these where the NHS is particularly pushed to its limits and so any help from members of the public is needed now more than ever.  We would ideally be looking for volunteers to assist us with (but not limited to); managing flow of traffic in the car park, helping with patients entering/leaving the premises, signing in patients and helping with refreshments for patients, only if required.
We will strictly be adhering to social distancing guidelines and full PPE will be provided to volunteers who may be patient facing. We are working with Luton Clinical Commissioning Group to ensure both the staff and the centre meet all Health & Safety guidance.
Unfortunately as of yet, we are unable to provide an exact date when we will begin vaccinating, however we anticipate this to be within the next couple of weeks.
Whilst both myself and my colleagues appreciate that we are currently in difficult and unprecedented times, I wondered whether you may have a way of communicating our need for volunteers to fellow parishioners, as I would be ever so grateful for any help that we can get.  Should you have anyone willing to volunteer,  I would be extremely grateful if you to contact me at your earliest convenience with contact details and the availability of the volunteers, to assist us in the helping those who are most vulnerable in our community.
Please feel free to call / email me should you have any further queries.
God Bless,
Kind Regards
