Luton Christian Bookshop
It is with great sadness that I have to announce the planned closure of Luton Christian Bookshop. The Religious Book Depot opened in Reginald Street in 1946 and there has been a continuous resource of Chrisitian Literature in Luton for the past 77 years. However, since re-opening after the Covid lockdown we have been losing over £1000 a month. We therefore plan an orderly closure before our financial resources run dry.
However, if any person or organisation has a realistic rescue plan that complies with Charity Commission Rules I would love to hear from you before the 3rd November after which we plan to start a closing down sale. (john@lutonchristianbookcentre.co.uk).
Final shop closure is planned for 29th February 2024.
