Luton Airport are asking for a few bibles

My name is Paul Fowler and I am a Chaplain with the Chaplaincy Team at Luton Airport. I have just been appointed Librarian to the Chaplaincy Team and have been tasked with collecting as many books considered holy by as many religions as possible for use by our Guests.

The present collection of books that we have in The Multi Faith Prayer Rooms are beginning to look sad and woebegone. Unfortunately, we have very little cash to spare. So far, I have been able to persuade a couple of Luton Churches to donate Bibles to us. However, I am currently short of Roman Catholic editions of the Bible and a New Revised Standard Edition of the Bible, and I wondered if any other of the Luton Churches would be able to donate two brand new copies of either of those two translations to help us in our ministry at the Airport?

My reason for asking for two copies is that we have two prayer rooms at the airport, one Landside (which any member of the public can visit) and one Airside which is obviously restricted to certain staff members as well as those who are flying from Luton.

We would also hope that donating churches would be interested in praying for our work here.
