Dave is a Vinyard Church leader (and the son-in-law of Rev. Cathy Pullinger who is known to many of us at St Hugh’s) from London who travelled to Pakistan recently and visited a ministry which is currently reaching out to those trapped in the ‘bonded labour’ system in brick kilns and have recently set up an education centre for the children.
He also met with pastors reaching out to Afghan refugees and those in the north of the country, in areas which are extremely hostile to Christianity.
There were some amazing stories of Jesus at work amid persecution which are both inspiring and challenging.
