I am writing on behalf of Hockwell Ring Masjid to warmly invite you and your member churches to our Visit My Mosque Open Day 2026, taking place on Sunday 20th September 2026.
Visit My Mosque is a national initiative of the Muslim Council of Britain, bringing communities together and providing an opportunity for people of different faiths and backgrounds to meet, learn from one another and build positive relationships.

Time: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Venue: Hockwell Ring Masjid, 13–17 Barley Lane, Luton, LU4 9HT
Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the mosque, meet members of our community, observe a Muslim prayer, enjoy refreshments, hear an accessible presentation about Islam and Muslims, and take part in an open Q&A session.
We would be particularly grateful if Churches Together in Luton could circulate this invitation amongst your member churches and encourage ministers, church leaders, congregation members and their families to join us.
We believe occasions such as this provide a valuable opportunity for our communities to meet in a friendly and relaxed environment, strengthen relationships and develop greater understanding of one another.
