Dear Friends
As you may already know, we organise a Christmas Programme of music (choirs and bands) for the passengers and staff at the airport in the run up to Christmas
This is just quick communication to let you have the provisional dates for this year’s Christmas Entertainment Programme so that you can get it into your Autumn schedule
We are planning to run from Monday 2nd – Friday 20th December (excluding Sundays)
As usual we’ll be offering morning, afternoon, early and late evening sessions, exact timings to fit in with you and with transport arrangements
Sessions are normally 2 hours with a refreshment break in the middle
We are hoping that Arriva buses (Luton only) and ThamesLink partnering with the DART (for groups located on the St Pancras – Bedford line,) will be willing to offer transport again to the school groups during the day – please let me know asap if you would like to be considered
I have already had some requests to book specific dates provisionally – please be in touch again now, to ensure that I have successfully picked up the dates you’re hoping to book
